A senior pair of eyes on our compliance and security work: someone who validates what we tell clients and, now and then, joins the calls where a deal needs real credibility. Part-time, freelance, on your own schedule.

Location: EMEA, remote.
Type: Part-time, freelance. Day-rate or per project.

What you would actually do

Review and sign off on our compliance and security findings before they reach a client, so what we deliver is defensible.
Advise on how GDPR, the EU AI Act, DORA, NIS2, and application security best practice map onto NEKOD's controls and release-testing methodology.
Back the regulated-industry work (financial services and insurance), where the deeper governance language, including EUC and UDA, actually matters to a risk team.
Join a sales or client call when a deal needs extra assurance from someone who has clearly done this before.
Tell us where our methodology has gaps as the rules change, so we stay ahead of them.

Who you are

A real track record in compliance, cybersecurity, or data protection (GDPR, EU AI Act, DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, or similar).
Happy working independently, part-time, as things come up.
Based in or close to the EMEA regulatory world.
Startup or scale-up exposure is a plus: you get fast-moving, resource-light teams.
