NEKOD joined the official Dutch delegation at Viva Technology Paris 2025 as one of 20 selected startups, representing the Netherlands in conversations about the future of AI governance.
Showcasing AI App Governance in Europe
VivaTech gathers the companies and policymakers shaping Europe’s technology landscape. For NEKOD, it was a chance to put AI app governance in front of the people who set the rules and the enterprises that follow them.
What We Presented
On stage and in demos, NEKOD highlighted how enterprises can govern AI-generated and low-code apps at scale:
- Automated app discovery & shadow IT mapping across business-led tools
- Risk scoring for apps built on Power Platform, Python, and AI tools
- Policy enforcement aligned with DORA and the EU AI Act
- A centralized governance engine that supports business-led automation instead of blocking it
The core message, consistent with our work with partners like ABN AMRO bank, was clear: governance should enable builders, not stop them.
