Phase 1
Exploring
People are curious and a few use AI on their own. Nobody has decided what it should be used for.
Where to start: the intro talk
Sessions run in English, fully remote or hybrid, for up to twelve people per trainer.
Some are still curious and have no plan yet. Others have had licences for a while, and a few people have started building their own tools, often without telling IT. We start from wherever you are.

Licences are in place, but everyone uses them differently and few get real value. Some people are building tools that IT does not know about.

Phase 3
Teams are ready to build tools for their own processes, and you want IT and compliance to see what gets built.
Where to start: the Enable ProgrammeWant training shaped around your own teams? Custom training works at any phase. If you are not sure which fits, we can work it out in a first call.
Exploring and experimenting
Short sessions for a whole team or department. People see what AI tools can do and where they go wrong, and in AI at work they try them on a real task together.
What AI can and cannot do today
A talk with live demos for leadership or a whole team, about how AI tools work and where they go wrong. We show where AI is useful in day-to-day work, so people leave knowing where to start.
Build one AI-enabled workflow together
A short intro on how AI behaves and which data is safe to use, then the group builds the same AI-enabled workflow together, one step at a time, connecting AI to the apps they already use. Everyone leaves with a workflow that runs and a routine they can repeat on their own.

From experimenting to building
This programme makes sense once you can name the people who want to build and the processes that cost them the most time. They spend six weeks building tools their own team will use. The first two weeks are teaching, and after that the weekly sessions review what each team built.
Every tool is connected to NEKOD from week two. NEKOD checks it against the settings your compliance team agreed and tells the builder what to fix in plain language. Your CTO and compliance team see every tool and its owner in one place.
Before week 1
Each person gets tool access, a code repository and a NEKOD account. We agree the compliance settings with you and have a short call with every participant.
Weeks 1 and 2
Teams map the process and test a quick prototype with colleagues before writing the plan. In week 2 they design the data and set up the backend, and NEKOD runs its first check.
Weeks 3 to 5
Teams work through their own backlog. NEKOD findings show what to fix next, and the trainers sit with each team in the practical sessions.
Week 6
Handover and a demo for the sponsor. Each tool shows its NEKOD check from week two next to the check at the end.
We agree these four with the sponsor before week one, and track them through the programme.
After week six
The tools belong to your company and stay connected to NEKOD. If you want, we can add support for the builders, and run the programme again with a new group.
Any phase
For companies that want to go further than the standard sessions. We start with an intake call, look at the tools and processes your teams use, and design the training around them. It also suits groups that want to run training across several teams or subsidiaries.
Trainer
Zimo is a freelance product builder based in Haarlem. Through his own company he builds AI products and automated workflows for clients, and the examples in his sessions come from that work. Before going freelance he was a product manager at Euronext and Sanctus. More at zimoholdijk.com.
He teaches the way he works with clients: most of the time goes into planning what to build and reviewing the result, so participants can use the same steps on their next tool.

Founded by Antigoni Kourou
NEKOD checks AI-built apps against your rules, shows the evidence, and gives builders a fix for each finding. Companies use it to see their AI-built tools in one place, with owners and status.
Based in Amsterdam and backed by Techstars and Plug and Play.
Usually someone in HR or L&D organises it and a CTO or director sponsors it. Before an Enable Programme starts, your compliance team agrees the NEKOD settings with us.
No. Most work in marketing, sales, operations, finance or HR. For the Enable Programme they need a process that costs them time and the hours to take part.
No. We teach the framework around the tools: how to plan work with AI and how to check what it gives back. That carries over to whichever tools your teams use. For the hands-on parts we usually build in Lovable or Claude, or in a tool your company has already approved.
We build with test data. In the Enable Programme, connecting a tool to real company data is a decision for your compliance team, based on what NEKOD finds.
Every training can run fully remote or hybrid. We agree the mix with you based on where your teams are and your budget.
We share a quote after a first call. The final figure depends on group size and format. There are no public prices on this page.
